TechForce Foundation would like to have the ability to turn off all emails for select users. They have a group of applicants that are using the AW system but are requesting that they not receive the emails from the system. Since they open new opportunities on a monthly basis, applicants are receiving the "New Apply-To Opportunities Available - Email" fairly often.
