The problem: Client uses those questions like "Are you a first generation student?" Yes/No and this is required, then the next question says "If you answered yes, please explain..." and it says Optional next to this second question, and she feels that it gives the impression that they can just skip that question even if they answered yes. There are plenty of other examples, but this is one.
