Their OA's are making questions in the system "searchable" - they would like to have the ability to restrict that on the Roles screen.

WISC would like only system admins to be able to make questions "Searchable." Today there was an issue and a user was able to make an image upload question searchable. This caused a major error on their All Opportunities page. Engineering was able to change the question and they are working to prevent this from happening again. However Keith at WISC now has this FER:
If possible, could I please submit a FER that only System Admins are able to set questions to Searchable? Despite telling users to not use this feature, we still have to go through and remove ‘Searchable’ questions weekly. In my opinion, while Opp Admins should control which opportunities display on the public website, what their description says, etc., the System Admins should control the look/feel, how the searches are handled, etc.
