Problem: Client thought the file was processing for 23+ hours, when it had in fact failed.
Client (northwestern), got a "processing" message instead of a failure message. They would like an error message instead letting them know that the import failed (and ideally, why it failed, but either way, something other than "processing"). Apparently it said Processing for 23.5 hours until they contacted me to check on it.
They had uploaded an xlxs instead of a csv.
