Problem: Northwestern's reviewer chairs can award, but they don't receive emails when the applicants accept or decline these awards.
I did explain that they can see this on the Reviewer Chair's Applications grid, but they want email notifications. I thought about adding a cc to the Admin Email Templates - Applicant Accepted/Declined, but the reviewer would be cc'd on ALL accepts/declines, not just the ones s/he is chairing, unless we added communication scope functionality for reviewer chair users.
