No way for reviewers to distinguish reviews from the same opportunities

Augusta University (formerly Georgia Regents University) submitted a enhancement request that within the Reviewer Portal, the assignments should be grouped by the Reviewer Group name (instead of application, ie "General Application" or the name(s) of the opportunities).

In this instance, they have two groups (New Freshmen & Graduate) with the same reviewers that review on the General Application level. Within the portal, all the assigned reviews are under the "General Application" header. Currently, there's no way to distinguish between which reviews are for which reviewer group population (Freshman or Graduate).

By grouping applications by the name of the reviewer group, the reviewers will be able to tell the student populations apart and more quickly complete their reviews.

Wisconsin would like to see this as well -

Show the review group that a specific student is being evaluated for. Given that some OA's may be reviewing, and that some review members may know what composes the group qualifications, it'd be helpful to know which group a student is in.

Carment Nugent at UIOWA would also benefit from this as they conduct two rounds of reviewing on their Nursing conditional app.  The fall reviews are completed and the review period is closed; then the group is cloned and another round of reviewing is conducted on spring applications (they qualify on date field on application).  Any reviewer in both groups will see all applications grouped together.  While it's good reviewers can at first sort by Action, once review period is reopened, Fall assignment actions go from View to Update; and completed Spring assignments actions go from Begin to Update, making it very challenging for reviewers to know what's what, other than by looking at Assigned date.

CSULB would also benefit from this.  They have RGs that are assigned to same opps, one RG that qualifies on undergrad, the other qualifies on graduate.  The committee sits together in one room and wants to be able to group applications by group to review together.  Their current workaround is for admin to become user for each reviewer and bookmark applicants from one RG (the one with fewer applications).

Massbay would like to see something like this as well, especially if you can make the review period set at the reviewer group level.  They've run into a situation where they need a post-review, and they want to assign the same reviewers to review additional applications at a later date.  The admin does not want reviewers to have access to previously submitted reviews, so our workaround was to remove the first RG from the opp, and then to reinstate it once everything was complete.  This would also be very helpful with tiered reviewing and make it easier for reviewers to differentiate what they are seeing.
