General App / Conditional App Instructions should be worded differently

Business Problem (Micco): The instructions that appear at the top of the page with a blue background are the same instructions for the General Application as they are for the Conditional Application. However, these instructions are specific to the General Application, and as result, are causing confusion for students needing to take action on the conditional applicaiton.

Business Problem: (Customer):

"I have had several students contact our office extremely confused by the General Application and the additional conditional applications in their accounts. The verbiage that is included at the top of each complete/incomplete conditional application is for the General Application only.

This text states the following:

1.) "It looks like this is your first time signing in." This would be incorrect because they would have had to start/complete the General Application in order for a conditional application to appear.

2.) "In order to start applying, you'll first need to complete the General Application below." The General Application is already submitted and they can already start applying for their recommended opportunities, so this would also be incorrect on the conditional application header. I think this statement is what is causing the most frustration and makes the students think there is an error in the system."

Attachment: Screenshot of the Conditional Application displaying instructions referencing the General Application, thus causing the confusion.
