Business Problem (Customer):

I know there is applicant-centric awarding, but it would be great to know if the applicant submitted qualified application for various opportunities. In my case, I have a number of scholarships listed under the umbrella of “URS”, and as an admin, I use this to figure out the review process, as well as use it in my awarding process. For reviewing, some scholarships have designated review committees, while others I need to parse out by requesting an individual faculty in their field to review the application. It’s very time consuming for me to combine the applicants for these multiple opportunities to see which ones have been reviewed, and which still need to be reviewed.

Once reviewed, I use that list to help me figure out which award to give the student (if any). I am greatly helped if I can just look at one list and see which awards have been given, and which still need to be awarded.
