Customer doesn't think the student should have to jump through hoops to make sure the ref request appears correctly. The have had this happen to their students (see example), where only the email appears as the ref requestor and sometimes the people giving the reference don't know who that is...

We have added a direction to our application, instructing our students to click save before submitting the reference requests (at Ian’s suggestion). We had a student who requests appears as below (highlighted), even though his first and last name look to have populated when I log into the system. I hope this helps explain what’s going on. It would be great to have this more streamlined for the students. In my opinion, if someone sits down to complete the application in one sitting, he/she shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to make sure the reference request appears correctly.
