What Prompted the Request? When the client creates new portfolios in AW, she does not have the option to also configure the renewal settings. She must go back to the portfolio details after configuring the initial opportunity, set up the renewal iterations and dates, and then configure the renewal template.
Who is having the problem? Administrators that are responsible for creating new portfolios.
What is the impact of the problem? Client often gets lost in the set up of the renewals because she must return to the portfolio before she can work on the future renewal template. (Too many steps to remember).
Any Workarounds? This is more of a workflow problem and doesn't need a specific workaround. I am working on an article that could act as a checklist for creating new portfolios with renewals in order to keep administrators from missing a step.
