Problem: When a student updates a reference field to replace an existing reference with a new one, the email reminder set for the original reference provider does not deactivate. As a result, the original reference, even though no longer listed as the main reference, will still get a reminder email to complete a recommendation on an applicant.
Solution: When a reference is replaced, deactivate the reference reminder email for them.
