When filtering in any grid, one is able to only select one category. Customers would appreciate the ability to filter for multiple categories. For example, if they wanted to see all of the applicants that either declined an award themselves OR on whose behalf the admin declined, you'd need to create two different queries if you're looking for two different categories.
