Mass download of Files named by OPP.

When a system admin. mass downloads all the post acceptance attachments each attachment appears in a numerical value folder. The only relevance to this numerical value is in the additional Excel file they receive. The row column translates to what OPP folder they should look at. This is a cumbersome process for admins who have to keep switching back and forth to see what scholarship they are looking at. They could change the name of the file but if you have more than 100+ files it turns into a very daunting task.

Solution:

Put the name of the OPP. as the folder name.

SMSU would like this(they are not on the client Name list in AHA it appears)

Although the original request specified post-acceptance files, this applies to all bulk file downloads in the system. See additional context from the merged enhancement below:

"We are working with several departments that would like to export their application information from the system into their own Box/Drive folders for their own record keeping purposes. The current way to download/export application data doesn't fully meet this need.

Ideally, this would be a file would contain folders labeled with the students name and the individual folders would contain all the application documents for the student (uploaded documents, recommendation letters, and their application and essay questions)."

Bethany Venable form Virginia Tech would also like this or something to this point.
Their ideal scenario would be a link within the excel file that takes you directly to the the downloaded file, essentially any thing that would make it easier to access the files/link them to their correct applicant.
