Prevent Google Docs from being uploaded Merged

Students are constantly uploading Google Docs for a file upload question. They would like to request that google docs are prevented from uploading in AW. Applicants think that it is successfully uploaded but administrators and reviewers are unable to open the files when it comes down to look at and review their applications.
