I have two clients with this problem right now: Students log in to do PA and see $0 Awarded on Offer Details.

They are using the PA email as the offer letter. In Wesleyan's case because students never have to log in until PA, in American University's case, they do have some Apply Tos, but they are using the PA email to make the offer because they don't want the students to be able to Accept or Decline awards. American wants to award en masse in AW, which you can't do unless all dollar amounts are the same.

What happens is they move the app directly from Drafted or Submitted to Accepted. When they do this they don't want to enter a dollar amount because they are awarding en masse. They do want to show Offer Details, but it shows $0 so the only option is to make the Accepted Application Category NOT VISIBLE to the applicants.

Both clients, particularly Wesleyan, would like the ability to hide the Award Amount from Offer Details.

The two clients have slightly different processes, but both find the $0 issue a problem and don't really like the work around.

For example, not showing the Offer Details at all means no link to the Donor Profile. If we could show Offer Details but hide the $ then they would still see the link to the Donor Profile.
