Editable Sign In Tabs

South Alabama would like to edit the text for the sign in tabs ("Applicants and Administrators" and "Reviewer and References" text). They already have custom text adding more info for users but want to also change the name of each tab to met their individual needs.

"Our Reviewers are all university employees and should be logging in through the first tab. Only references log in with their email on the second tab."

Customize labels/headers on gray bar on sign in page Merged

Client would like to customize the labels used on the gray toolbar on the Reviewer area to add different columns, and customize how names appear, like Last Name, First Name.
