Ability to have more than one Administrator role
Yazmin at Boise State called in wanting to make a user an IT Admin AND a System Administrator. I did explain to her that a SA will be able to see everything the IT administrator can. However, the IT admin did not want to see everything all the time. He wants to toggle back and forth between both roles.
