Make question text box bigger to show wrap around text

Their OA's have complained about not being able to see the full text of a question in the question box. Current workaround is scrolling over to view it in its entirety.

Would like question text label to be like "Help text" when entering Merged

It would be helpful if the question text label field displayed like help text. Often times questions are lengthy, you have to scroll over or write them outside the system to see full question. Maybe having first page be one line and when opened up...
