Admin has created a view only custom role and would like for this role to not have access to user messages queue (not even for communications for opps that share same scope associated to the user's account). Currently client only has one user with this role, and she will simply let him know that he should not delete/distribute any messages. Their intention is to add more users with this view only role in the system, and she would like to have the option to turn off this accessibility.

IU (Indiana) would also like to be able to remove access to the User Messages grid from client-defined roles. Currently, it's not stated anywhere within the Roles page, which permissions section governs access to the User Messages grid. It would be great if we pulled that information out and allowed clients to toggle it on or off for specific roles.
