There are more Support tickets that come in when clients are creating custom application categories. When this happens, they will create duplicate categories. They have been requesting to have the ability to delete them. I know we do not delete items in the system once they are live but would it be possible to delete them within an hour of creating them or some other way to grant leniency on this?
One other recommendation would be to have a pop-up message when they are trying to create two application categories of the same name within the same section. ie. automatch, applyto, renewal/PA, etc.
