Referral Request Status

We field applicant calls asking if their referral has replied and sent back their request. It would be nice if the applicant can view the status/progress of the request.

Request: Put a field in the referral request question that shows the progress of the of the request "Sent, Received, or Replied".

    Hi Dunkin,

    Applicants can see the status of their reference requests by clicking on the "References" tab (see attached screenshot). From this view they can see whether a reference has been submitted, and they can also resend a request if needed.
