Allow Users to Change Conditional Categories

Occasionally, we have users who'd like to roll students back to 'Drafted' status for their Conditionals to take them out of the running for a competition. Alternatively, users may want to push a student through who didn't complete the last required question. Allowing users to set Categories on Conditionals (even if just 'Drafted' and 'Submitted'), would be a great help for our users.

      This would also be helpful for the General Application as well.

      Hi Carrie - While it could work for an individual opportunity, if a student would potentially be eligible for many associated opportunities by completing the Conditional, pushing them through to 'Submitted' would be far fewer clicks than manually force applying them to the appropriate opportunities.
