Change/ability to change how upload file names are presented in a grid download Merged

When downloading an applicant grid that includes file uploads, each individual applicant is represented by a different file but there's not really a good/easy way to tell who is who (see image 4).  It would be helpful if these files from image 4 were labeled with either a UID or the applicant's name.
