Customer needs specific Information for downloading documents

The customer has a difficult time matching downloaded documents from the Post Acceptance grid, they have to manually match the files since the only identifiers are numbers.  The optimal situation would be:

From the Post Acceptance Grid be able to download documents in the following manner: 

Folder that is titled: "Portfolio Name and Award Period", then within that folder the name of the applicant (Display name) with their respective uploaded documents

    Please see merged enhancement from KU for additional use case. This challenge applies to all grids with documents, not just the post-acceptance grid.

    Similarly, southalabama would like the PA bulk actions grid download report to be more user-friendly.  Specifically, they are wondering if there is a way for the downloaded report to have a hyperlink to the folder with the downloaded image/document.  They take the downloaded report and manually format the path into a hyperlink to send to their donors.

    Yazmin Zalazar from boisestate would like to see the same. She also would like to see this for downloaded documents in Opportunity Grids.
