We would like to include the person who was responsible for the last update of a particular award. We have already built an interface that pulls in disbursement fields and creates staging records to be loaded into our system.

I'm sorry for any miscommunication. We use a separate tool for tracking enhancement requests and for support cases. The email you attached is specific for a support case, but this enhancement request hasn't been closed. I see the new FER that you just submitted, and the description in that one answers the previous question that I had for you. I will merge these two requests together.

I never saw this months ago when I first submitted this enchancement request. I had since tried to contact blackbaud to see the status of this but never heard anything back. A week after this was submitted, someone from our functional office recieved an email saying this request had been closed. I just submitted another FER and now I see this.
