Ability to pull in the user who made the last change to a student's award
Our institution has several departments who access the award management system. Each of these entities has to be tracked by our funds management team. In order to achieve this, we need to be able to determine who is making the updates on each of the awards. Currently, this field is not available in the API. We feel there is value in being able to pull in this field for each student when needed.
