This is our second year with the system, so there are many users who created account for the first time last year, and are coming back again this year. In the time that elapsed, they've forgotten their password. The issue that's frustrating people and taking a great deal of my time, is that if they enter it wrong once on the Reference/Reviewer tab, it immediately takes them to the Applicant/Administrator tab, and they don't notice as it looks mostly the same. So they try again, and this time hey are looking at the Student Application. So they sign out, and try again, and at that point, they get frustrated and contact our offices. I've had dozens, and dozens of these. I really wish that it would stay on the same Reference/Reviewer tab after a bad password
