SPAM filters/email security don't allow for system to get through. Allow custom DKIM keys to be made for institutions Merged

We've had a major decrease in emails from AcademicWorks getting through to our users (students and faculty) due to updated email security from our institution. I've tried to share the documentation already available from AcademicWorks/BAM, but the only current way that's in the documentation is to create an SPF record. Our campus is maxed out on our allowable SPF records, and requested a DKIM key from AcademicWorks/BAM. AcademicWorks says it doesn't create custom DKIM keys.

 

Please help us help our users. It's extremely frustrating when faculty request an email password reset and cannot get through to our systems (or don't even get the request in the first place!). Our users are getting fed up with the system. I hope we can offer another solution so we can get our messaging to our users.

    Thanks, Sophia. We've seen this request pop up a couple more times recently. I've merged your request into an existing one so we can track them together.

    We've seen some clients use a workaround of setting their from address to an @academicworks.com email address. This isn't ideal because you can't get replies, but it will pass DMARC policies.
