Ability to have a general Post Acceptance survey

For any student that receives multiple awards, they are required to fill out the same PA survey 2+ times . Would it be possible to have a general PA survey for all applicants in "Accepted" status with the ability to add extra reqs on per opportunity. (For example - if each opportunity requires it's own thank you note)

    Although we don't have a general Post Acceptance survey, I'm marking this one as "shipped" because the underlying problem was solved with our new Smart Autofill functionality.
