It would be helpful to have the system auto assign a set number of reviews to reviewers rather than have it tied to the number of reviews per application. I have several reviewers across campus who are happy to volunteer to read general applications but want to commit to a set number of reviews rather than be auto assigned hundreds. I would love to be able to have a reviewer group where every member is assigned whatever number I tell the system to (ie 50) and then the rest of the reviews assignments are distributed among the other reviewers (even if this required separate review groups)

I also would love to be able to manually reassign uncompleted reviews from one person to another person!
