Report of all opps an applicant is qualified for

Problem: Villanova wants to be able to send a list of all applicants and the opportunities they're matched into to a department so that department can make their selections in an "applicant-centric" way without having them login to BBAM.
I think this may be an existing FER but I can' find it. Essentially it would be a list of ALL applicants in the system with ALL opportunities they're each qualified for.
They don't want these people to be reviewers and they don't want them logging in as admins - they just want to send a report.

Villanova not in the client dropdown list and it won't let me submit without choosing a client so I'm choosing cofc, but the client is not cofc here.

Thanks, Mary! As an update - we tried to surface the current pre-built report that has this information to system admins. We found that it's current format doesn't work for larger schools where an applicant may be qualified for hundreds of opportunities. We're now looking for ways to optimize that report so it'll work for larger schools. That'll need to be completed before surfacing to all, but it's proving to be challenging so far.
