Reference Rubrics Download En Masse Merged

As far as I can tell, there is no way to download reference responses to questions or a breakdown of rubric scores. It would be great to have the ability to see this information in a grid and pull as a report.

As a side, the reference links seem to be accessible to any reviewer despite not being in the review committee. Is this intended?

Thanks, Oliver! That is not intended. I'll check in on your support case and ask our engineering team to take a look.

    Hi Cari,

Not sure if you wanted me to respond back to this email or on the new enhancement post so Ill try hear first. I recently updated my support ticket to provide details of what I experienced: https://app.blackbaud.com/support/cases/017377860

In case you dont have access to the case:

METRIC (Flex ID #5375) reference pages are accessible by reviewers not in the review group. When provided the direct link to a reference page (sample: https://csulb.academicworks.com/reference/referrals/497 ), user is requested to sign in and upon successfully logging in they are able to see the page. I tested with user joanne.han@csulb.edu (Id#120) and have not tested this out on a non-reviewer.

    Regards,

    Hi Oliver,

Can you expand on your question a little more? Where are the reviewers that are not in the review committee seeing the reference link? Is it a question on the General Application?

    Thanks!
