For our process, we skip the Offered stage and go straight to Accepted because we don't use the post-acceptance features (student hand-write thank you notes). We still want a general email to trigger to student once we change them to Accepted, however we currently have to select Offered to trigger the email, then change to Accepted. This lets the student know that they received a scholarship, and that an official award letter with further details will be sent to them in the next few days. Can we have a new email template for the Accepted stage?
