Limit File Uploads only one Type Merged

User would like a feature that only allow for certain types of files. Specifically, they would only like PDFs. I have also noticed that there are other clients with admins/reviewers that still have issues with opening files that applicants upload in AW. Having an option to limit files to PDFs might help to remove the hassle of dealing with files they cannot open.
