User relayed to me in chat that he would like to see the option to manually reassign students to reviewers even with the group set to Auto-assign (of any kind). He mentioned this because he has some reviewers who also serve as references on some of the applications they are assigned to review, and he would prefer that a reference not also be a reviewer for the same person/application. Now, he has to wait for one reviewer to start/draft the ones she wants to keep, then lock her down to reassign the one that she also served as a reference for.
