Paula Halvorsen at mnsu would like the ability to send a Regret Email for non-encumbered applicants at the Conditional Application level rather than system-wide. Paula is an Opportunity Administrator that oversees the College of Business. She would like the ability to send out a separate Regret Email to applicants that had Submitted a College of Business Conditional Application but had not encumbered funds. Currently the Regret Email can only be sent out system-wide and an Ad Hoc email has to be generated manually in order to send out a Regret Email at the Conditional Application level.
