Conditional App language on once submitted says General App and is confusing

From Client (system admin):

"Once you finish and submit the conditional application it shows that I have completed and submitted 2 of 2 general applications. That is confusing because one is a general application and one is a conditional
application. She says this is confusing to her and will be to her applicants.
