Would like Admin view of application to be collapsable like Reviewer view of the application Merged

WISC had some OA's ask if there was view similar to the Reviewer view that collapses sections of the application.  For example they only want to see the conditional questions within an opportunity when reviewing.  Right now you see all sections sourced, general, conditional and apply to if any questions.  It would be great if this view worked similar to reviewers where you can collapse and it would be sticky until changed.
