Do Not Email Indicator
Some applicants do not want to be contacted during a cycle and they would like some kind of checkbox or indicator that would block them from receiving emails.

Per Carrie's comment, we work to set a user's email to NULL at least once a week. The flood of emails seems to be one of our more prevalent pain points, and this would be a big help for us
Keith Brown from Wisconsin has had Opportunity Admins ask for a way to unsubscribe or opt-out of specific emails (usually digests)
Mary Derby at UVU would like this as well, or a way for applicants to opt out/unsubscribe to specific types of emails, for example to be able to opt out of a digest, versus still receiving award offers, etc.
