Currently an Admin cannot edit an application whether general or conditional if the application has ended.  LaneCC typically closes their site where no student can login and continues to have access to make changes to applications say, personal information changed or something was entered incorrectly or changed.  This is really important as they do not have an import file so everything is based off the general self reported information.  

Admins need a way to edit this information without having to open the general application and then open the opportunity end date to have it populate down.   Barbara states she changes information all the time for students after the application has closed.  Coming from Award Spring, it sounds like they had permission to change things directly from the grid as an admin without logging in as a student and that would update the information across the board being an admin change.
