FSU is adding in a step to their workflow of "Budget Approval".  They are creating a custom role that will only have access to edit and approve the applications.  It would be great if the "Budget Approval" user type role (created custom) could receive an email notifying them they have something to do when moved to the application category "Awaiting Budget".
