Pull Export API from general Applications Grid Merged

They would like to be able to pull Export API from the general Applications grid.

    Austin Peterson from uvu would like the ability to do this as well. Similar to Khanh's UTEP request, they would like to be able to pull the applicant's General Application category and Categorized At date to update a dashboard within their student online portal.

    Fielded a ticket today from UTEP - Vanessa Monzon - regarding this very same question. They would like to be able to pull out via API the applicants' category to update another portal that applicants use to consolidate information for applicants into that portal.
