Administrator Questions after Opportunity Closes
Administrators would like the ability to answer an administrator question after the opportunity closes and still be transmitted to reviewers.

I think this would also be useful for UCSD. They are answering administrator questions on general applications after opportunities close, but would like to be able to propagate those answers in to any ended opportunities without extending the end date so that reviewers can see this info.
UCSD uploads redacted transcripts on their general applications specifically for reviewers, but this often happens after the end date for the opportunities. They do not want the question to be on the opportunity because they would have to upload it several times for each student. I am unsure of why they are waiting to upload this information, but I think it is an availability issue.

Why do they need to be able to do this? Also, do they want to answer admin questions on the GA only or on conditionals and apply-tos?
