The OAs over at Alabama Birmingham do not want their reviewers to have to download documents or images that applicants upload into the system. Their concern is that a reviewer may grow frustrated and confused when reviewing 20 different documents, all cramping up their desktop/downloads folder.

They would prefer the ability to view images and files uploaded into the system, right within the system itself without the need for downloading them.
