The OAs at Alabama Birmingham want to easily notify qualified applicants to apply for their scholarships. They find the qualified applicant counter on the qualifications tab useful, but would find it more useful if they can be presented with a link where they'd be brought to the general application with the qualified criteria already filtered. The OAs don't always have the ability to manipulate the general application grid (due to client-defined parameters) which would create a lot of extra work for the SAs to build these custom views manually.
