Move offer details to Post acceptance card Merged

Currently,the active card for an opportunity is hidden beneath the post acceptance card once a student has accepted. This is less than intuitive when trying to find the offer details since they are not listed on the post acceptance card, but rather the one thats related.

Make the offer details for the opportunity visible for the applicant while they are filling out post acceptance. Colostate would like this feature so they can provide the applicants with a template for a donor thank you letter.
