I have had 5+ prospective clients request texting capabilities so they can more efficiently communicate with applicants.  Since "students no longer use email" they would like to send them notifications on when the application opens and other periodic updates as appropriate.  A few examples of clients who have requested this feature include existing customer Golden Apple Foundation and prospective clients Questa Foundation and Community Foundation of Henderson County.
