Ability to mark general applications as "not returning/denied" and for this to filter to all opps Merged

Delta College is frustrated by the inability to categorize applicants as ineligible, mid award cycle, across the board and for this action to pull all actualized applications from all opportunities. They award in an opportunity centric way, and after applicants are identified as not returning or ineligible in some way, they are wanting a one step manual process to be able to pull applications from all opportunities. They had the idea of adding a note on the applicant's general application, but were aware that they'd have to go looking for this note, and that it wouldn't flag the applicant in any way. I suggested that we add an administrator question, "Has this applicant become ineligible?" And then to add a qualification for this answer to not be "Yes."

While it won't automatically pull applications, setting up the "Inactive Applicant Header" on the User Import field will add a new column to the opportunity grids to show which applicants are active or inactive. You can use this column to filter out any applicants who have become inactive.
