Problem: Client was confused about the "amount" field in the Fund Disbursement API and the Fund Disbursements Updater API.

In the Fund Disbursements API v1 it is called disbursement_amount and the Grid Column Name is Amount.

In the Fund Disbursements Updater API v0. it is called amount and the Grid Column Name is award amount

Can we make these consistent as far as names and in the Grid, capitalization as well?
