Ability to remove "Answer 1 Time" text from question sets

Problem: client feels this is confusing to applicants. They are using a question set for their certification statement.

They would like to be able to remove or change this text.

Please see similar request from Minnesota below:

"The instructions that are being added at the end of Question Set Text do not make sense for our questions and applicants are not answering questions properly. We have a set that says Terms and Conditions and then four "Questions" that are single answers of yes I accept/agree and The "Answer 1 Time" tag makes applicant thing they only have to answer 1 of the four questions. "

Please add HCFNE to this request as well. They feel like it's confusing for students when answering the Authorization and Release statement or other questions in questions sets that are set to 1:1.
    Thanks!

This shows up any time a client uses a question set for a certification statement, or other use where they only want the applicant to answer each question in the set one time.

Would you mind providing more information as to when and where this shows up?
